On August 31, XCMG 2022 Global Service Event under the motto «Premium Service, Together to Win» fully kicked off, accelerating XCMG’s collaborative efforts with global dealers and partners to build a premium service brand in the industry.
During the event, XCMG will visit 3,000 customers in more than 50 countries with a total distance of more than a million kilometers, providing customers with additional services such as equipment inspection, operation manual, and promotion of overseas X-GSS applications. offering strong support for «response within 15 minutes, arrive on site within 24 hours, complete within 48 hours» service standard for key markets. The company will build overseas training centers in more than 10 countries, including Thailand and Indonesia, which will train thousands of service engineers and 10,000 operators for the local market.
